Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for DEF‑TECH Bharat 2026 (a Brand / Expo of New Delhi Print Media Pvt Ltd)
PART A – Our relationship with you
We are New Delhi Print Media Private Limited (“we,” “us,” and “our” throughout), a company incorporated under the laws of India with company identification number U22130DL2010PTC202726, with its registered office at Vishwakarma Complex, 3rd Floor, Plot No. 17 & 18, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad‑201010, India.
We are a Media House in Electronics & Technology and we also organize conferences and events including DEF‑TECH Bharat 2026.
Your agreement with us consists of:

By registering for the Conference, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
If registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that the attendee has been made aware of and accepts these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Any amended Terms will be posted here.
PART B – General Terms for All Delegates
Admittance to conferences
We may refuse admittance to or eject any person who:
a) behaves disruptively or causes nuisance
b) represents a safety or security risk
c) fails to comply with these Terms
Changes or cancellation of a conference
If DEF‑TECH Bharat 2026 is postponed or cancelled, your ticket will be transferred to next year’s event unless you request a refund within 6 months.
Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Unauthorized recording is prohibited.
By attending, you consent to photography/recording and grant us the right to use such media perpetually.
Attendance at the Conference
You must inform us of special access requirements.
You must arrange your own insurance.
Improper conduct may result in removal from the venue.
DEF‑TECH Bharat 2026 promotes an environmentally conscious, paperless event. Distribution of promotional material requires written approval and a litter charge (minimum INR 180000).
Refund and Cancellation
A 14‑day cooling‑off period applies where legally required.
After this period, all purchases are non‑refundable.
Resale of Tickets
Resale is prohibited. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
Wristbands and Lanyards
All delegates must display official DEF‑TECH Bharat wristbands and badges.
Conference App
Use of the App requires a profile and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Website Terms.
Visa Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining a visa. Visa refusal does not entitle you to a refund unless local law provides otherwise.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Conference‑related IP belongs to us or partners.
Hosting unofficial events is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• violate laws
• harm the Website/App
• attempt unauthorized access
• transmit harmful content
• infringe IP
• scrape/crawl the Website
• record the Conference without permission
• misuse or tamper with the App
Violation may result in termination of access.
Your Contribution and Messages
You are responsible for Messages and Contributions.
You grant us a global license to use them for the Conference.
We may moderate or remove content that violates policies.
Warranties
We disclaim all implied or express warranties except those required by law.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, economic, or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
Program changes do not create liability.
Nothing limits liability for fraud or matters prohibited by law.
Indemnity
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellation, postponement, or delays caused by events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Final Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
Invalid terms do not affect remaining provisions.
Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver.
We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
PART C – Attendee Terms
Ticket prices may change but not after purchase.
Tickets grant entry only and do not include travel or accommodation.
Free/subsidised tickets must be assigned within 7 days.
Tickets are delivered electronically via email.
Tickets must be assigned within 30 days of receipt.
Discounts may be offered but are not guaranteed.
Name changes may be allowed up to 7 days before the event at the organizer’s discretion.
No pets except service animals.
Attendees under 18 must follow supervision rules.
PART D – Volunteer Terms
Volunteers are selected at the organizer’s discretion.
No compensation for travel or accommodation.
Volunteer obligations include confidentiality and adherence to Conference rules.
No refunds for volunteers who previously purchased tickets.
PART E – Exhibitor Terms
Exhibitors must comply with all venue and organizer instructions.
Promotion outside assigned space is prohibited without written permission.
Sub‑letting is not allowed without approval.
Exhibitors must maintain cleanliness and provide waste management.
Food vendors must possess valid safety licenses.
Organizers’ equipment must be insured; damages must be compensated.
Exhibitors must maintain and provide proof of required insurances.

Privacy Policy
Use of the Website, App, or Conference attendance is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Cookie Policy
The Website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Content Guidelines
Content posted on the Website or App must comply with our guidelines.
Violations may result in removal of content or account restrictions.
