Changes or cancellation of a conference

If Bharat Defence Expo is postponed or cancelled, your amount will be transferred to next year’s event unless you request a refund within 6 months.

Pass Purchase

Passes for the event are sold subject to availability. All purchases are final, and non-transferable or non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, text, graphics, images, and event materials, are the property of CEPL Group. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Attendee Visibility

Images/videos of attendees/presenters/speakers/exhibitors are captured during the expo. We may use such images/videos, for promotional purposes in marketing collaterals, brochures, emailers, WhatsApp and other social media campaigns. We may also highlight the name and logo of your company/organisation in such marketing collaterals/campaigns.
